I really appreciated the friendly service from the front desk staff when I checked in. The location was decent for getting around, which made it easy to explore Albuquerque. The bed in my King Room felt comfortable and provided a good night's sleep. However, I faced several issues during my stay. The AC unit was somewhat noisy and didn't cool the room as efficiently as I hoped. The bathroom needed a bit more attention. there were some maintenance issues, like a partially broken vent fan and a tricky shower. Also, the breakfast options were minimal. Just a couple of cereals and some bread. I expected more variety. Overall, the cozy vibe was nice, but the cleanliness and some amenities could use improvement.
